InsoConsult is an independent M&A advisory firm specialised in corporate transactions. The focus of our activities lies on the reorganization and the selling process of distressed companies.
Our central competence as experts for distressed M&A is the rapid design and implementation of structured investor processes, building the foundation for successful restructuring efforts and for terminating insolvency proceedings (reorganisation by means of transferring – asset deal or §270b and §270d insolvency plan procedure – share deal).

With so-called dual- or multitrack M&A processes, InsoConsult initiates open and un-biased transaction processes which frequently create solutions involving existing shareholders and new “fresh money” investors”.
As part of the Law to further facilitate the restoration of businesses, abbreviated as ESUG, insolvency proceedings under self-administration or protective shield proceedings have become extremely popular recently.
These new options are associated with complex transaction or restructuring scenarios which make professional advisory a must for their success.
