The “Maxx-e-Motion” real estate project in Konstanz can be completed by a community of investors

The “Maxx-e-Motion” real estate project of Euro Concept Group, a building complex comprising a hotel, parking garage and conference centre at Konstanz, is being brought to a positive conclusion by a consortium of investors from Mannheim. The “Maxx-e-Motion” project is a real estate development project of the Euro Concept Group. The project  consists of a conference, event and office centre, a hotel and a multi-storey car park in a prime urban location and was already started. The ensemble of three interacting buildings should have symbolic character for the city of Constance with conference rooms, top level gastronomy, exhibitions, roof terrace as well as event areas.
